Last Friday, Year 2 thoroughly enjoyed the visit from the 'Dino man'. The children were fascinated by the dinosaurs, asked lots of very sensible questions and even met a T.Rex!!
This week in maths we are revising measuring using m/cm and time. We are starting to look at five minute intervals and continuing to look at both digital and analogue clocks.
Our carousel includes writing factual discriptions of dinosaurs, covering our junk model dinosaurs with mod roc, drawing mind maps about dinosaurs, creating popplets of welsh animals, playing welsh board games and writing answers to the weekly question on our 'wal graffiti.'
We will be learning about Eid-ul-fitr later in the week and working in cooperative groups to build the five pillars of Islam.
