Jam Tart Boats!

In our cooking sessions this week the children followed a simple recipe to make Jam tart boats.

The children weighed, mixed, stirred, rolled and cut the pastry, before filling the tarts with strawberry and black currant jam. After cooking the jam tarts, the children added a sail to their jam boats!
