Oh Help! Oh no! It's a Gruffalo!
All of the Reception children had a lovely time on the school trip to Mountain Ranch on Caerphilly Mountain. Everyone was excited to go on the coach with their packed lunches and go in search of the Gruffalo! Once the coach arrived, the children had chance to pet some rabbits and guinea pigs, stroke a little pony and even go inside the goat pen! Later, Little Red Riding Hood took everyone through the deep, dark wood to search for all of the characters from the Gruffalo story. After lunch, we all enjoyed playing in the adventure play ground before heading back to school. Some children were so tired that they had a little snooze on the way back!
