Christmas time!
There will be a variety of Christmas themed activities and experiences on offer to the children this week in Nursery.
The children will start the week by listening to Christmas stories in their library session.
In the creative area of the classroom the children will be practising their scissor skills to make Christmas pudding and Christmas present crafts. In our cooking sessions the children will make Christmas mince pies and the children will also have the opportunity to add finishing touches to their salt doh Christmas decorations.
We will be having a Christmas party for the children on Thursday and if you are able and willing to bring one item of food for the children please see one of the Nursery staff members to add your name to the list.
We will also continue with our Phonics (the sound of the week is "c") Welsh and Little Big Maths carpet sessions.
