Measuring snakes

In our maths focussed task this week the children have been practising their measuring skills. 

The children have been using the language of longer and shorter to compare different lengths.

The children have ordered a set of snakes according to their length and the children have also practised accurately measuring the snakes using wooden blocks and other classroom objects.
